Hello Patricia…I have discovered you through Grandy’s Landing and come to view and read a few posts here. We are coevals (the first time I heard that word I thought It referred to people who were joined in doing bad things!) since I am also 72 years old and share many of the same memories. It’s nice to share thoughts with the young but even “homier” somehow,to share with people of our own generation. I look forward to reading more of your posts.

Yes it is nice to have someone of the same generation to share thoughts with. I will be visiting as often as possible and I love the fact that you have offered the audio because I believe that you as the poet can show us how you were feeling as you were writing your poem. I too look forward to reading more of your posts.
